Join us in celebrating the launch of Constance Squires’ new collection, Hit Your Brights: Stories. With readings from Constance and Brady Peterson.

Constance Squires is the author of Hit Your Brights: Stories, and the novels Along the Watchtower and Live from Medicine Park. Her stories and essays have appeared in The Atlantic, Guernica, Shenandoah, The New York Times, Salon, and numerous other magazines.

Brady Peterson was born in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma in the shadow of the second world war, also perhaps in the shadow of Geronimo. As kids we would yell his name when we jumped from tree limbs, he will tell you. Brady currently lives in Belton, Texas where he once built houses and taught rhetoric. He is the author of Glued to the Earth, Between Stations, Dust,  From an Upstairs Window, and García Lorca Is Somewhere in Produce.
